David is the founder and Broker of Western Realty Finance. He is a seasoned financial and real estate executive, entrepreneur, and author. With over 25 years serving as an Owner, CFO, President, and in various positions in Banking, Finance, Real Estate, Mortgage Banking, P&C Insurance, Asset Valuation, Strategic Planning. Prior to founding WRFCo, David worked with large banks like Wells Fargo Bank, Key Bank, and others. He has closed on over $1 Billion of mortgage and real estate transactions, and construction financing including construction loans and equity solutions as an independent broker.
Jim Carenza
Jim Carenza, CPA, Director Capital Markets
Jim has over 30 years in all aspects of residential and commercial development and financing. Along with being a licensed CPA, Jim has worked for large land brokes, developers, home builders, and financing entities. He has worn many hats across the finance spectrum including Equity, Mezzanine and Debt financing of real estate, especially residential and commercial land for development.
