Manages and nurtures relationships with brokers and referral sources, ensuring their needs are met and that they are fully supported by WRF. 

Heads the technical team responsible for the continuous enhancement and maintenance of the LoanStream.ai platform, ensuring it remains cutting-edge. 

Builds and maintains relationships with direct lenders, ensuring a broad and diverse lender network to meet the varied needs of brokers and their clients. 

Develops and implements training programs and resources for brokers and referral sources, enhancing their knowledge and skills in construction finance. 

Designs and executes marketing strategies to expand WRF's market reach, attract new brokers, and promote the Broker First program. 

Analyzes and sizes loans, navigating through the complexities of underwriting criteria for 10-20 hurdles across 30 different direct lenders, ensuring optimal loan pricing and submission. 

Oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring processes are efficient and customer service is top-notch. This role also includes managing the support team that assists brokers throughout the loan submission and approval process.

Provides technical support for LoanStream.ai and other analytical tools, ensuring brokers have uninterrupted access to these platforms. 

Ensures all broker submissions and lender interactions comply with regulatory standards and assesses risks associated with loan origination. 

Monitors financial performance, manages budgets, and conducts financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and ensure the financial health of the Broker First program.
