Western Realty Finance is currently seeking a contract-based Financial Analyst to join our innovative Brokers First program. This pivotal role is dedicated to monitoring financial performance, managing budgets, and conducting thorough financial analyses. By doing so, you will support strategic decision-making and ensure the ongoing financial health of the Brokers First program, leveraging the advanced LoanStream.ai platform for enhanced efficiency and insight.

Role Overview:
As a Financial Analyst within the Brokers First program, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, predicting future trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize financial performance. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining financial health and supporting the strategic growth of our innovative broker program.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to monitor the performance of the Brokers First program, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage and oversee the program's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and financial sustainability.
• Utilize LoanStream.ai and other financial tools to automate and streamline      financial reporting and analysis processes.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop financial models and forecasts that support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to prepare detailed reports, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, budget management, or a similar role, preferably within the banking, CRE, or construction lending sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other Office applications.
• Experience with loan origination systems and financial analysis software; familiarity with ChatGPT and AI automation tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information      in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
