About the Role: Join WRF's dedicated team as a Lender Relationship Manager, where your primary mission will be to manage and grow our network of lending partners. This role is crucial for supporting WRF’s expansion goals by ensuring a robust and diverse lending portfolio that meets the dynamic needs of our broker affiliates and their development projects.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Forge new and nurture existing relationships with banks, non-bank lenders, and other financial institutions across the U.S. to secure competitive financing options.
• Conduct direct outreach, networking, and in-person meetings to identify new lending opportunities and partners.
• Leverage industry events, referrals from business intermediaries, and direct prospecting to expand our lender base.
• Coordinate closely with WRF's executive team, including the President of Brokers First, to align lender relationship strategies with overall business objectives.
• Assist in the negotiation and structuring of lending agreements to optimize terms for WRF and its affiliates.
• Ensure a seamless integration of new lenders into the Brokers First platform, maximizing the benefits of LoanStream.ai technology.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to construction teams regarding construction draws and lender requirements.
• Maintain a deep understanding of financial industry trends, regulatory changes, and innovative financing solutions.
   

Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrates extensive knowledge of banking and lending procedures within the construction finance sector.
• Exhibits a proven track record of building successful partnerships with lenders at both regional and national levels.
• Possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple lender relationships effectively.
• Embraces the entrepreneurial spirit of the Brokers First program, with a strong drive for innovation and strategic growth.
• Holds a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction finance industry.
