Western Realty Finance is expanding its innovative Brokers First channel and is currently seeking a dynamic Operations and Support Lead. This pivotal role is geared towards professionals passionate about streamlining operations and elevating customer service within the CRE and construction loan origination sector.

Location: Remote (Nationwide)
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract Position
 

Role Overview:
The Operations and Support Lead is the linchpin in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations within the WRF Brokers First origination channel. This role entails managing a dedicated support team that assists brokers from loan submission through to approval, embodying efficiency and exceptional customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations within the Brokers First channel, ensuring processes are streamlined and effective.
• Lead a team providing first-class support to brokers, guiding them through the loan submission, sizing, pricing, and approval process.
• Implement and monitor systems for tracking broker inquiries, loan application statuses, and feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams, particularly regarding the LoanStream.ai platform, to ensure the technology stack meets operational needs and enhances broker experiences.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure all team members are proficient in loan products, underwriting criteria, and the use of LoanStream.ai.
• Manage broker communications, including updates on loan statuses, changes in lending criteria, and new product offerings.
• Analyze operational metrics to identify trends, address issues promptly, and      capitalize on opportunities to increase efficiency and broker satisfaction.
   

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in operations within the banking, direct CRE/construction lending, or mortgage industry, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing support teams and improving operational processes.
• Strong familiarity with loan origination systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,      Word, Adobe Acrobat), and ChatGPT or similar AI automation tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
