Western Realty Finance invites applications for a Senior Loan Processor position within our Brokers First program, focusing on CRE and construction loan origination. This role is designed for professionals who excel in a remote working environment and possess a deep understanding of the complexities associated with direct lender underwriting criteria.
 

Position: Senior Loan Processor (Contract)
Location: Remote (Nationwide)
Employment Type: Contract, with a requirement for direct experience within the last two years
 

Role Overview:
The Senior Processor will be instrumental in analyzing and sizing loans, ensuring the submission, pricing, and processing of loans from application to closing. This position demands direct experience with bank or direct CRE/construction lender underwriting criteria, with a strong emphasis on precision, efficiency, and optimal loan execution within the WRF Broker's First program.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and size complex loan applications for CRE and construction projects.
• Navigate and apply diverse underwriting criteria from multiple direct lenders.
• Ensure seamless loan processing, from application through to closing, under the Brokers First program.
• Liaise effectively with brokers, lenders, and internal teams to facilitate loan      origination and processing.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred in finance, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate analysis, underwriting, or investment management, including at least 2 years of direct experience with a bank or direct CRE/construction lender or similar private equity lender position.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, financial analysis, and real estate investment principles.
• Proficiency in  financial modeling, including complex financial and waterfall analysis, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for      articulating complex concepts.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with loan origination systems and strong Office skills.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI automation tools is a plus.
