As we continue to grow and enhance our technological offerings, we're searching for a dedicated Technology Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a contract, remote position that plays a crucial role in supporting our cutting-edge technology and ensuring our brokers have the tools they need to succeed.

Role Overview:
The Technology Support Specialist is essential in providing technical support for the LoanStream.ai platform and other analytical tools. You will be the first point of contact for brokers experiencing technical issues, ensuring they have uninterrupted access and can leverage these platforms to their full potential.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer timely and effective technical support for LoanStream.ai and other tools, resolving issues to ensure optimal platform performance.
• Guide brokers through troubleshooting processes, system updates, and the integration of LoanStream.ai into their daily operations.
• Conduct regular training sessions and webinars to educate brokers on new features and best practices for utilizing LoanStream.ai and associated technologies.
• Collaborate with the IT development team to relay feedback from brokers, contributing to the continuous improvement of the platform.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation on technical issues, solutions, and user guides to assist brokers and enhance the support process.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and trends within the fintech and real estate sectors to provide forward-thinking support and recommendations.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, preferably within the fintech, banking, or real estate sectors.
• Proficient understanding of loan origination systems and strong skills in Office software (Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat).
• Experience with ChatGPT or similar AI automation tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues swiftly.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts in an easily understandable manner.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, Computer Science, or related field is      a plus.
